Louise is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who provides a warm, compassionate, and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and work through life's challenges. She is committed to helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, while supporting meaningful and lasting change.
Louise works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety (including excessive worry and panic), stress, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, grief and loss, low mood, feelings of disconnection or being stuck, and challenges relating to identity, purpose, and meaning in life.
Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, Louise tailors treatment to each person's unique needs and goals. Her work incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, helping clients develop practical coping strategies while also exploring deeper emotional and relational patterns.
Louise offers both in-person appointments and telehealth consultations, providing flexible psychological support for clients on the Sunshine Coast and across Australia.
