Greg is a warm, supportive, and empathetic Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. He works collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and build the skills and confidence needed to move forward with purpose and resilience.

Greg supports adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, grief and loss, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, and adjustment challenges associated with life transitions or changes in personal, family, or work roles.

Recognising that every person's experiences and goals are unique, Greg tailors therapy to each individual. He draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide personalised care that supports both symptom relief and long-term wellbeing.

Greg offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.
